To - ALL CONTESTANTS

All contestants are required to sign this form prior to entry and participation in the Miss Florida FI Pageant for each year entered.

Contestant signature below and signed before owner shows clearly that each contestant understands and agrees with the conditions of participation as shown clearly below.

Owner of the Miss Florida FI Pageant is hereby authorized to enforce this agreement between the contestants and this agreement signed by each contestant.

Owner has the final authority and decision on any violations of this agreement and is authorized to enforce any violations of this agreement during the following year of the pageant - or until the next year pageant occurs.

Each contestant understands the entire content of this agreement and signs this on his / her own freewill.

THE AGREEMENT between Owners and each contestant.

1. The Pageant winner agrees to attend the following pageant events during her reign in order to fully promote the Miss Florida FI crown.

All Miss Florida FI preliminary pageant events during her reign of office throughout Florida - and as needed to properly promote the Miss Florida Pageant.

• Miss Continental - Chicago, Illinois
• Entertainer of the Year - Louisville, Ky
• Miss Gay USA - location changes
• All major Florida Gay Pride events - including the major Florida cities of Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville etc.
• Owner will pay for the air flight only to and from the event from the winner's base home. Hotel accommodations will not be paid for by owners - winner is responsible for lodging. She agrees to try all reasonable ways to set up performance bookings with other local nightclubs in order to pay for lodging and other expenses incurred.

1. The winner agrees to uphold this Miss Florida FI title with reasonable pride and all the dignity required. Any personal conduct during the reign which could affect the title negatively will be cause for disqualification during her reign and all future years. This could include - but is not limited to - any illegal activities, public drunkenness, public nudity, drug usage, or personal statements or activities which reflect poorly on the Miss Florida FI image or business.

2. The winner agrees not to enter any other competing female impersonation pageants or events during her reign of office as the current Miss Florida FI - so she can promote her current title without conflict or time involved in promoting another pageant. It will not matter if she enters and wins this other pageant - entry alone is reason for disqualification as the reigning Miss Florida FI. There are no exceptions to this agreement.

Owners and the Miss Florida management have the authorization to take the following actions against any violations of this signed agreement.

1. During the first six months of a winner's reign

• The Miss Florida current winner will be disqualified and her reign and all representation of the title will be removed completely. She will not be known or allowed to represent herself as a Miss Florida winner for all future years.
• The 1st runner up will take over the Miss Florida title and assume all the above duties and agree to all the above responsibilities of the title.
• She will in all future years be known as the winner of the Miss Florida FI title for that entry year.
• The disqualified prior winner will no longer be known as a Miss Florida title winner and may not represent herself as a winner.

2. During the second six months of a winner's reign

• The 1st runner up will take over all duties and responsibilities of the prior title holder for the remaining year - as shown above.
• The 1st runner up will in all future years be known as the winner of the Miss Florida FI title for that entry year.
• She will not be formally crowned the current Miss Florida title holder for that year, which will still allow her to enter any future Miss Florida Pageants (excluding that year). So she may also have a chance to win the Miss Florida Pageant on her own and not by default .* It has never been done.

ALL of the above is agreed to by each contestant and legally bound by her signature below - signed and dated below - witnessed by owner.
